why do you love me...
in an instant, no answer comes. Paralyzed, he looked at her to say only, “I can feel you and I do love you”. He had no idea to
the depth those words would go or to the degree that he would come to understand
them.
The love he felt for her that day and the love that he feels for her to this day is in every part of his being and is like no other he has known. It is pure. It is wanting, hoping and praying
that all that is good finds its way into her life. The love that he feels hopes
that joy fills both her heart and soul and that any pain or adversity she might experience is as fleeting as GOD will have it.
He gives his love freely to her without any expectation that she will love him, as he loves her. He knows that he is not her and that she is not him. He hopes that she will
always know that he holds a special place in his heart for her without him ever having to say so, however, he does like saying "I love you".
He hopes to be able to give a smile when she is up or when she is down. To help her laugh when a laugh is needed, to listen should she want
to talk and be a caring shoulder should she need to cry. He hopes to always be
there in times of need for he feels good when she is happy.
His love is not possessive, yet he hopes that they are "Friends Always".
